Next Gen Assistant – The Next Gen Assistant is responsible for all the planning and executing of all things in Student Ministry. This individual will thrive on the details and planning portions of events, small groups, parent emails/meetings, trips and sermon series. The Next Gen Assistant will thrive working alongside other paid leaders in the student department and make the student ministry organized and planned out. The Next Gen Assistant, plain and simple, needs to LOVE making things happen behind the scenes. 

Specific Tasks:

• Implement the current vision of RPCC in the Student Ministry.
• Love God—Email parents of RPCC students monthly.
• Love People— Facilitate and execute the planning of small groups on Sunday
mornings and Wednesday Nights.
• Serve The World—Execute and facilitate student mission trips/opportunities/
retreats.
• Parent with parents to help grow students into committed followers of Christ.
• Impute and keep track of students through Breeze Management.
• Assist Next Gen Pastor.
